Summer Raspberry

- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz) raspberry-flavoured vodka
- 1/3 box froxen iced tea
- Tonic water
- Ice cubes
- 3 mint leaves
- 3 raspberries
Combine the vodka, iced tea and 2 mint leaves in a blender containing ice cubes.
Blend until smooth.
Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer and a sieve.
Top up with tonic water.
Garnish with a mint leaf and a raspberry on a cocktail pick.
