Coffee Frappé

- 30 ml (1 oz.) rum (0.5% alcohol or less)
- 35 ml (1 1/4 oz.) espresso
- 25 ml (3/4 oz.) coconut water
- 25 ml (3/4 oz.) honey syrup (1 part hot water to 2 parts honey)
- Ice cubes
- 3 coffee beans
Combine all the ingredients, except the garnishes into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Double-strain using an ice strainer into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with three coffee beans.
