- 30 ml (1 oz.) irish cream
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) cinnamon liqueur
- 30 ml (1 oz.) chilled coffee
- Ice cubes
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings

Combine the cinnamon liqueur, Irish cream liqueur and chilled coffee in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with the whipped cream, and chocolate shavings.
