Matured for six months in the ripening rooms of the Abbey of Saint-Benoît-du-Lac, this blue featuring natural smoked wood flavour perfectly matches the roasted and spicy profile of this Côte Des Saints Quebec whisky aged in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks. Their respective strengths coexist admirably while leaving a beautiful fruity and vanilla impression. Not the first pairing that comes to mind, but one that you'll want to repeat!
