Preparation
A honey wine signed Miel Nature aged in oak barrels, this nectar of the gods surprises with its distinct notes of honey and flowers, complemented by oak, pastry, and caramelized pear. Often difficult to pair for some, it proves to be the perfect partner for this firm cheese. Its sweetness contrasts with the salinity of Bâtisseur while softening the bitterness of its rind. A wonderful way to discover and showcase these two local products.
