Preparation
Requiring a maturation period of 12 to 18 months, the Canotier de l'Isle leaves a pleasant impression of cream, all combined with animal and fruity notes on the palate. Les Petits Cailloux rosé's freshness will cut into the fat of this washed rind while marrying its aromatic profile with its accents of raspberry, strawberry and flowers.
