Tasting: 50 g per person
Appetizer: 90 g per person
Meal: 200 g per person
Preparation
A semi-soft cheese with a washed rind, Curé-Hébert reveals flavours of butter, mushroom and a few honeyed and caramelized notes that will highlight a farmhouse cider aged in oak barrels, such as that of the Cidrerie du Chemin 9. An intriguing pairing that fits well at the end of the meal.
Other possible pairings: IPA beer, orange wine.
