Tasting: 50 g per person
Appetizer: 90 g per person

Preparation
This Vallée d'Oka by La Cantina maceration wine offers an intriguing profile of orange peel, tangerine and flowers that perfectly responds to the fruity and animal notes of Mamirolle. By “breaking” the fat of the cheese, the acidity also brings a nice freshness to the ensemble.
Other possible pairings: Fruity and medium-bodied red wine, craft cider.
