For a successful cheese platter that will leave nobody hungry, we suggest these quantities depending on the serving occasion. If you’re serving several, divide the quantity by the number of cheeses chosen.
Tasting: 50 g per person
Appetizer: 90 g per person
Meal: 200 g per person
Preparation
A perfect alternative to whites and reds, dry rosé wines often attract the attention of semi-soft cheeses when it comes to pairings. The strawberry and raspberry notes of the Marie-Rose wine blend marvellously with the fruity notes of Migneron. A pairing you'll want to repeat!
Other possible pairings: Aromatic and mellow white wine, blond beer.
