Preparation
Nestled in the valleys surrounding Bromont and Lac-Brome, Domaine Val Brome is a newcomer to the Quebec wine scene. Their Vidal cuvée finds its identity through fruity, floral notes and sustained liveliness. It's certainly a prime candidate for showcasing the lactic and salty notes of the oldest cheese in America!
Other possible pairings: blonde or white beer, rosé wine, brut cider.
