Tasting: 50 g per person
Appetizer: 90 g per person

Want a classic duo? Soft cheeses or cheeses with a bloomy rind always go perfectly with wines from the Aromatic and mellow taste tag. A fine example is this Chardonnay by Domaine St-Jacques, which presents itself with beautiful milky and buttery notes, inherited from aging in barrel. A delight!
