A delicious dry and light rosé wine, this cuvée from Domaine Amalgame is ideal to accompany the classic Oka. This soft, semi-ferm cheese with delicately fruity aromas creates a delicious harmony. To enhance the experience, add candied tomato and pesto hors d’oeuvre.
Other possible pairings: Aromatic and mellow white wine, craft cider, brut sparkling wine.
