Preparation
With its flavours of hazelnut and mushroom, this cheese from Îles de la Madeleine goes perfectly with a wine from the Aromatic and mellow taste tag, like La Mansarde Réserve by Le Mas des Patriotes. Made from a blend of organically grown grape varieties, this wine with aromas of orchard fruits also reveals a honeyed touch that goes particularly well with washed-rind cheeses like this one.
