Tasting: 50 g per person
Appetizer: 90 g per person
Meal: 200 g per person
Preparation
Matured for 35 days, this Brie has a beautiful fluffy rind and creamy texture that lends itself well to the lighter carbonation of a white beer that helps cleanse the palate, like the Blanche de St-Jean by Lagabière microbrewery. The floral and spicy flavours of the latter create a balanced and pleasant taste experience.
Other possible pairings: Aromatic and mellow white wine, Fruity and light rosé wine.
