Lemon gin

- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) dry gin
- 60 ml (2 oz.) boiling water
- 23 ml (3/4 oz.) lemon juice
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) sugar
- 1 lemon wedge
- 2 cinnamon sticks
Combine the dry gin, boiling water and lemon juice in a toddy glass.
Add the sugar.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Garnish with the lemon wedge and 2 cinnamon sticks.
