Harvest gin fizz

- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) dry gin
- 1 splash of green mint syrup or green crème de menthe
- 120 ml (4 oz.) apple must
- 4 ice cubes
- 4 apple slices
- Mint leaves
Combine the gin and mint syrup in a highball glass containing the ice cubes.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Top up with apple must.
Garnish with apple slices and mint leaves
