Platinum Gin


- 30 ml (1 oz.) dry gin
- 8 ml (1/4 oz.) citrus liqueur
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) pineapple juice
- A splash of ginger ale
- Ice cubes
- A pineapple wedge
Combine the dry gin, citrus liqueur and pineapple juice in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour into a brandy snifter containing a few ice cubes, using an ice strainer.
Add a splash of ginger ale.
Garnish with the pineapple wedge.
