- 75 ml (2 1/2 oz.) white rum
- 30 ml (1 oz.) blackcurrant liqueur
- 120 ml (4 oz.) lemonade
- 3 ginger pieces
- Ice cubes
- Lime slices
Combine the ginger and sugar in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Crush using a muddler.
Add the rum, crème de cassis and ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a highball glass containing a few ice cubes using an ice strainer.
Top up with lemonade.
Garnish with lime slices.
