Ginger Mulito

- 60 ml (2 oz.) apple-flavoured vodka
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) simple syrup
- 6 to 7 mint leaves
- 4 to 5 lemon cubes
- Ginger ale
- Ice cubes
- Sprig of mint
- Lemon slice
Combine the syrup, mint leaves and lemon cubes in a highball glass.
Crush using a pestle.
Add the ice cubes and vodka.
Top up with ginger ale.
Garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon slice.
