Tomato

- 60 ml (2 oz.) anise-flavoured spirit (like pastis)
- 8 ml (1/4 oz.) grenadine syrup
- Water
- Ice cubes
- 1/2 lemon slice
Combine the anise-flavoured spirit and grenadine syrup in a highball glass containing a few ice cubes.
Top up with water.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Garnish with a half lemon slice.
