- 60 ml (2 oz.) dry gin
- 10 ml (1/3 oz.) elderflower cordial or liqueur
- 10 ml (1/3 oz.) ginger syrup
- Juice of half a lime
- 6 white grapes
- 2 tsp. sugar
- Twist of lime
- Ice cubes
In a shaker, crush 5 grapes with sugar using a muddler.
Add lime juice, ginger syrup, elderflower cordial, dry gin and ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass containing a few ice cubes using an ice strainer.
Garnish with white grape and twist of lime.
