Grappirinha
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz) grappa
- 1/2 lime, cut into 2 cm (3/4-in) pieces
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) white sugar
- 4 ice cubes, crushed
- 1 lime wedge
Combine the lime pieces and sugar in an old-fashioned glass.
Using a pestle, crush the lime to extract the juice and dissolve the sugar.
Pour in the grappa.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Add the crushed ice.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
