Grasshopper


- 20 ml (2/3 oz.) green mint liqueur
- 20 ml (2/3 oz.) chocolate liqueur
- 20 ml (2/3 oz.) 35% cream
- Chocolate powder
- Fresh mint leaves
- 5 or 6 ice cubes
Combine green Crème de Menthe, Crème de Cacao and 35% cream in a shaker.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into martini glass using ice strainer.
Sprinkle with chocolate powder.
Garnish with mint leaves.
