Habana Breeze


- 30 ml (1 oz.) dark rum
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) cherry liqueur (like cherry brandy)
- 1 tsp. honey
- A splash of lime juice
- Tonic water
- Ice cubes
- 1 lime zest
Pour the rum, honey and lime juice into an old-fashioned glass.
Stir with a mixing spoon.
Add a few ice cubes.
Top up with tonic water.
Slowly pour in the cherry liqueur.
Garnish with the lime zest.
