Homme Moderne
- 60 ml (2 oz.) of scotch
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 sugar cube
- 3 strips orange zest
- Ice cubes
Place the sugar cube in an old-fashioned glass.
Drizzle the sugar cube with Angostura bitters and half the scotch.
Crush and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Add the remaining scotch.
Add ice cubes.
Garnish with orange zest.
