Incandescent Punch

- 3 1/4 cups (26 oz.) white rum
- 1 cup (8 oz.) dark rum
- 1 litre (34 oz.) club soda
- 2 cups (16 oz.) pineapple juice
- 3 cups (24 oz.) orange-passion fruit juice
- 1 cup (8 oz.) lemon juice
- 10 drops Angostura bitters
- 2 cups (16 oz.) grenadine syrup (or other berry syrup)
- Pineapple pieces to taste
- Orange slices to taste
- Pomegranate seeds to taste
- Serves 15
Pour all ingredients except the club soda and fruit into a punch bowl.
Stir, cover and leave to infuse in the refrigerator for 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
Add the club soda and the fruit.
