Irish Express

- 30 ml (1 oz.) irish cream
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) cognac
- 1 chilled espresso
- Ice cubes
- Ground cinnamon
- Freshly ground black pepper
Combine the coffee, irish cream liqueur and cognac in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour into a highball glass.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and pepper.
