- 60 ml (2 oz.) irish cream
- 30 ml (1 oz.) vodka
- 30 ml (1 oz.) chilled coffee
- 30 ml (1 oz.) 15% cream
- Ice cubes
- Chocolate shavings

Combine the Irish cream liqueur, vodka, chilled coffee, cream and ice cubes in a shaker.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with the chocolate shavings.
