Irresistibly Cuban


- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) amber rum
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) apricot liqueur
- 30 ml (1 oz.) club soda
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) lemon juice
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) apple juice
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) maple syrup
- Crushed ice cubes
- 3 slices of red apple
Combine the rum and apricot liqueur in an old-fashioned glass containing a few ice cubes.
Add the maple syrup, lemon juice and apple juice.
Top up with the club soda.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Garnish with the 3 slices of red apple.
