Italissimo

- 30 ml (1 oz.) bitter liqueur (like Campari)
- 60 ml (2 oz.) grapefruit juice
- 60 ml (2 oz.) carbonated water
- 1/2 slice grapefruit
Combine bitter liqueur, grapefruit juice and carbonated water in a highball glass containing a few ice cubes.
Decorate with 1/2 slice of grapefruit.
