Enchanted Garden
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) dry gin
- 250 ml (8 1/3 oz.) homemade or store-bought green juice
- Hot sauce, to taste
- 1 lemon wedge
- Salt
- Crushed fennel seeds
- Ice cubes
- 2 thin cucumber slices
SERVES 2
Rub the rim of two highball glasses with a lemon wedge.
Dip the rims in a mixture of salt and fennel seeds.
Place ice cubes in the glasses.
Divide the dry gin, green juice and hot sauce between in each glass.
Garnish with cucumber slices.
