- 45 mL (1 1/2 oz) Chic Choc spiced rum
- 60 mL (2 oz) cold espresso coffee
- 180 mL (6 oz) ginger ale
- 3 drops pure lemon extract (optional)
- Ice cubes
- 1 slice of lemon, for garnish
