Jinx


- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) dry gin
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) raspberry-flavoured vodka
- 1 pinch freshly ground pepper
- 120 ml (4 oz.) pineapple juice
- 1/2 tsp. grenadine syrup
- Ice cubes
- 1 pineapple slice
- 1 raspberry
Combine the dry gin, vodka and pineapple juice in a highball glass containing a few ice cubes.
Add pepper.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Gently pour the grenadine syrup over the back of a spoon to create a layered cocktail.
Garnish with a pineapple slice and a raspberry on a cocktail pick.
