Ingredients
- 45 ml (1 ½ oz.) rum cream liqueur
- 1 espresso coffee
- 10 ml (1/3 oz.) caramel syrup
- Ice cubes
- Caramel shavings
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a highball glass containing a few ice cubes using an ice strainer.
Garnish with caramel shavings.
