  • 45 ml (1 ½ oz.) rum cream liqueur
  • 1 espresso coffee
  • 10 ml (1/3 oz.) caramel syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Caramel shavings

In a shaker
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain into a highball glass containing a few ice cubes using an ice strainer.

Garnish with caramel shavings.
