- 60 ml (2 oz.) dry gin
- 30 ml (1 oz.) Cloudberry liqueur (Chicoutai)
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 8 raspberries
- A few mint leaves
- Crushed ice cubes
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker, except the mint and a few crushed ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Mash the crushed ice and a few mint leaves in a highball glass, using a pestle.
Strain into the highball glass containing the mashed ice mixture, using an ice strainer.
Garnish with a mint leaf.
