The Mexican

- 45 ml (1 ½ oz.) tequila
- 120 ml (4 oz.) mango nectar
- 1 sprig of cilantro
- 2 lime wedges
- 2 jalapeno slices
- Ice cubes
- Jalapeno slices
In a shaker, crush coriander, lime and 2 jalapeno slices using a muddler.
Add tequila, mango nectar and ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass containing a few ice cubes using an ice strainer and a sieve.
Garnish with jalapeno slices.
