- 55 ml (1 3/4 oz.) raspberry-flavoured rum
- 30 ml (1 oz.) cane syrup (simple syrup)
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) lime juice
- Club soda
- 9 raspberries
- Ice cubes
- 4 or 5 mint leaves
Crush 6 raspberries in a highball glass using a muddler.
Add a few ice cubes.
Pour in the raspberry-flavoured rum, cane syrup and lime juice.
Stir with a mixing spoon.
Top up with club soda.
Garnish with remaining raspberries and mint leaves.
