Soho ginger

- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) lychee liqueur
- 120 ml (4 oz.) ginger ale
- Ice cubes
- Grenadine syrup
- 1 lychee
Pour the lychee liqueur into a highball glass containing a few ice cubes.
Top up with the ginger ale.
Slowly add the grenadine syrup, pouring it down the side of the glass to create a layered cocktail.
Garnish with a lychee.
