- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) amber rum
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) banana liqueur
- 60 ml (2 oz.) pineapple juice
- Ice cubes
- 1 starfruit slice
Combine all the ingredients, except for the starfruit slice, in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer and a sieve.
Garnish with the starfruit slice.
