- 750 mL (1 bottle) Caliterra Reserva red wine
- 750 mL (3 cups) water
- 180 mL (6 oz) marmalade, or raspberry or blackcurrant, jam
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 90 mL (3 oz) Triple Sec
- 8 slices orange
In a saucepan, combine the wine, water, jam and two sprigs of thyme. Cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes then add the Triple Sec. Strain into eight mugs. Garnish each mug with a slice of orange.
