Maple Manhattan
- 35 ml (1 1/4 oz.) Canadian rye whisky
- 8 ml (1/4 oz.) ice cider
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) maple whisky liqueur
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Ice cubes
- 1 maraschino cherry
Combine all the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
Stir using à mixing spoon.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
