Margarita Italiana


- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) amber tequila
- 20 ml (2/3 oz.) lemon liqueur
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) fresh lemon juice
- 30 ml (1 oz.) cane syrup (simple syrup)
- Sugar
- 1 lemon zest
- Ice cubes
Rim a martini glass with sugar.
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, except the lemon zest.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass, using an ice strainer.
Garnish with a lemon zest.
