Melon Margarita

- 3 ½ cups watermelon pieces, frozen
- 180 ml (6 oz.) tequila
- 120 ml (4 oz.) simple syrup
- 60 ml (2 oz.) fresh lime juice
- 1 ½-inch-thick jalapeño slice, with seeds
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and very thick (mixture will loosen immediately once poured).
Divide into highball glasses.
Garnish with watermelon wedges and jalapeño slices .
