Peach Margarita


- 30 ml (1 oz.) tequila
- 30 ml (1 oz.) peach liqueur
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) frozen peaches
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) lemon juice
- 3 or 4 crushed ice cubes
- Sugar
- 1 peach slice
Rim a margarita glass with sugar.
Combine all the ingredients, except for the peach slice, in an electric blender.
Blend on low until smooth.
Pour into a margarita glass.
Garnish with the peach slice on a pick.
