Italian chocolate martini


- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) vodka
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) grappa-based chocolate cream (like Gianduia)
- Ice cubes
- Chocolate shavings
Combine the grappa-based chocolate hazelnut liqueur and vodka in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with the chocolate shavings.
