- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) dry sparkling wine
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) herb liqueur
- 60 ml (2 oz.) club soda
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) cane syrup (simple syrup)
- Ice cubes
- 1 ball of honeydew melon
Combine all the ingredients, except for the melon ball, in an old-fashioned glass containing a few ice cubes.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Garnish with the melon ball on a pick.
