Sparkling Honey, punch version
- 450 ml (15 oz.) dry sparkling wine
- 150 ml (5 oz.) herb liqueur
- 600 ml (20 oz.) club soda
- 150 ml (5 oz.) cane syrup (simple syrup)
- Ice cubes
- 10 balls of honeydew melon
- Serves 10
Combine all the ingredients (previously chilled), except for the melon balls, in a pitcher.
Pour into old-fashioned glasses.
Garnish each glass with a melon ball on a pick.
