One thousand and one night

- 30 ml (1 oz.) vodka
- 120 ml (4 oz.) cooled steeped tea
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 5 mint leaves
- 2 tbsp. sugar (or cane syrup)
- Ice cubes
- 1 lemon slice
Combine the vodka, lemon juice and mint leaves in a highball glass containing a few ice cubes.
Add sugar.
Top up with cooled tea.
Stir using a mixing spoon to dissolve sugar.
Garnish with a lemon slice.
