Holiday Mojito

- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) white rum
- 60 ml (2 oz.) club soda
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 12 mint leaves
- 6 raspberries
- 1/2 lime
- Ice cubes
- 3 lime quarters
- 1 sprig of mint
Squeeze the half lime into a highball glass and place in the glass.
Add the mint leaves and 5 raspberries, and crush using a muddler.
Add the sugar, ice cubes and rum.
Top up with the club soda.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Garnish with 3 lime quarters, a raspberry and a sprig of mint.
