Spicy Mojito

- 60 ml (2 oz.) spiced rum
- 120 ml (4 oz.) ginger ale
- 30 ml (1 oz.) lime juice
- 7 mint leaves
- 1 tsp. sugar
- Ice cubes
- 1/2 lime slice
- 1 mint leaf (for topping)
Combine the mint leaves and lime juice in a highball glass.
Crush using a pestle.
Add sugar, spiced rum and ice cubes.
Top up with ginger ale.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Garnish whith the half lime slice and mint leaf.
